  4. On its wayStandard delivery is typically 7–12 business days depending on your location.

Tracking questions

I haven't received a tracking number yet

Tracking is emailed once your order ships — usually within 1–3 business days of ordering. Please check your spam folder, and allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to activate after you receive it.

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days

Parcels can move between carrier scans without a status change, especially in transit between countries. If there's no movement for more than 7 days, email us and we'll investigate right away.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it. Once shipped, the address can no longer be changed.

I can't find my order number

Your order number is in your confirmation email (it looks like #1024). If you checked out as a guest and can't locate it, email us with the name and address used and we'll find it for you.
